Credit Monitoring Requirement
Credit monitoring is required for us to track and work on your file. This must remain active at all times while in the program.
MyFreeScoreNow credit monitoring service is priced at $29.90/month. Please sign up via the link below prior to completing this form. The DGFS logo will be at the top to ensure you are using the correct link.

A solid, full-service program designed to clean up inaccurate and outdated negative items while helping rebuild your credit profile. Best for light to moderate credit issues (under 8 negatives).

Diamond Package — $1,250 (Expedited 60 Day)

Client Acknowledgment
The Client acknowledges and agrees to the following:
- Credit building is a process that requires time and patience; specific results cannot be guaranteed.
- D. Gregg Financial $olutions, LLC cannot remove accurate or verifiable information from credit reports.
- The Client must provide all necessary documentation and information within 24 hours of request to ensure timely processing of credit repair efforts.
Term of Agreement
The length of your credit repair program depends on the package you select:
Gold Package: 4-month program
Ruby Package: 6-month program
Diamond Expedited Package: 60-day accelerated program
Add-ons are separate from the core credit repair program and do not change your program’s term length. Add-on fees are due at the time of selection.

Your term begins on the date your payment is received, and once your onboarding has been completed. When your program ends, if you would like to continue with our services, you can do so by switching to the Monthly Continuation Plan at the current monthly rate, rather than buying another full package.
Services will begin within 3 business days after the following items are received:
Payment (50% deposit or payment in full)
MyFreeScoreNow login credentials
Required identity documents:
Unexpired government-issued photo ID
Social Security card or W-2 showing full SSN
Utility bill or acceptable proof of address
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising from this agreement, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mutual discussion. If no resolution is reached, disputes will be governed and settled under the laws of the state of Texas.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
The Client understands and agrees that any payments made for services rendered are final and non-refundable once the program has commenced.
The client may cancel this agreement within 3 business days of signing and submitting payment for a full refund, per the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). This can only be done prior to the start of services being rendered.

By signing this agreement, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of outlined above.
